Real Estate Influencer Tip: “Should you treat people the way you want to be
treated?”
- The short answer is NO. You must treat them the way they Need to be treated. The Influencer understands that there are 4 Basic Personality Types. (Promoter, Analytical, Supporter, Controller) . I know that there are subsets, etc but as an Influencer, how quickly and effectively you evaluate a client, the higher the probability of success.
- Each person fits into one of the 4. As such, each personality type has different “triggers” and buying behavioral patterns . Each has different needs and if you treat one type incorrectly, you will lose them. Even the words you choose has to be adjusted for each. You know how you like to be treated.(based on your personality type) By treating everyone the way you like to be treated, you will only connect with one type (your type) and lose the rest. It’s the reason why scripts don’t work, because it’s one form you are using for 4 different types. It’s also the reason why so many agents get frustrated and lose control of a client. In reality, a great Real Estate Influencer is more like a Zoo keeper because a Zoo Keeper knows they can’t treat the Lions the same way he treats the Monkeys.
