6: How quickly do you cut your Team member who is not performing?
7: Are you feeding team members leads or clients too generously?
8: Is feeling needed by your team something that makes you feel good?
9: Do you become friends (engage in social activities) on a regular basis with your Team members?
10: When a team member quits your team, do you feel betrayed or very hurt?
The answers to these questions is key to determine if you are making smart business decisions or emotional decisions. An emotional team performs the worse, creates dependency which turns into resentment and puts too much pressure on the leader. Think about it!!!
