  • —Here is the magic..When you state the end objective WITH a positive emotional attachment first and the other party agrees, they will tend to much more agreeable to the steps needed to achieve it .
  • —Why is this relevant to RE Agents? It critical when going for a price reduction, getting a buyer to increase their offer or getting your client to accept the offer.
  • —Example Price reduction: “I want to make sure we are on the same page, The objective is to sell your home so you can start enjoying your new home, right?
  • —Once your client commits to that by agreeing, then you continue with ” Great, in order to this, we need a compelling price to attract buyers. Now, I never want my clients to feel they left any money in the table, and we proved that.
