Real Estate Influencer Tip: Another “Wow, Did you know that?”
- The Real Estate Influencer understands that everything they do during a presentation (I never use the word Pitch) is designed to create the perception that they are the one to hire!!!! This includes being knowledgeable, confident, dressing the part, listening to understand and prepared. I call those the obvious factors. However, equally as important and impactful are the sublime. Things we often think, “yeah, but it’s OK if I don’t do it because once they hear how good I am, they will look past that”. The powerful Influencer knows that statement is wrong. Everything Matters. We talked, in previous post, about the car you drive, the hand positioning,etc. Now, here is one simple yet very effective sublime factor: The actual presentation binder you may leave for your client to review. Scientific studies has shown that when we utilize a stronger , heavier binder we are perceived as more professional, higher level of authority, more trustworthy and deserve more money.
