Real Estate Influencer Tip: Whatever you do, make sure it’s done with Confidence and consistency!!!!

  • The Influencer understands that what ever means of prospecting they do, people will respond best to the highest level of Certainty (Confidence). Thus, they will focus their efforts on the things they feel most comfortable and confident with FIRST. The Influencer also understands that when people see the agents name, face , voice more often, they tend to believe that agent and feel more confident in hiring them. The most effective way to prospect is to think like a politician. (The good ones). You must “present” yourself with active and consistent prospecting efforts using all forms of reach out. From social media, mailings, phone calls, networking and the most important Face to Face. The foundational level of prospecting starts with social media, mailings and other forms of recognition. This must be done more than you realize and that most probably do. The purpose is to be familiar to your prospects. The next level is being seen. Networking events, charity events etc..where you show up and interact on a consistent basis. The purpose is for prospects to start to feel more comfortable with you from an “arms” distance. Finally, the top level is meeting or talking to prospects face to face. The purpose is that face to face creates the highest form of commitment and authority. When I work with my clients, I help set up this approach to be the most effective and the results are tremendous.
