Influencer Tip: The Starbucks effect..

  • —When people are looking to buy a new home, they are going from certainty to uncertainty. The Influencer understands that if they can provide an “emotional connector” it will ease the fear and increase the comfort factor. An Emotional Connector is something familiar from the place a person is most comfortable with (old neighborhood, home) and have it there in the new place. (Think of a child’s fav doll or toy they take with them when they travel to a new place)
  • — Starbucks is just one example of a place your client may frequent in their current neighborhood and is also in the new neighborhood they are looking. As such, if possible, set up a time to talk and go over your strategy in a place that is an emotional connector. It will subconsciously increase their comfort level, and lower their anxiety and fear…Just another piece of the puzzle
