- When a person seeks help or an answer, they are much more likely and comfortable to approach someone whose door is open vs. closed. People will feel they don’t want to disturb the person whose door is closed. An Influencer understands that and realizes when they are open and share what they are doing (talking Real Estate), they are keeping their “door open” . This invites people to engage, ask questions and inquire much more freely. Which is a good thing. The Influencer knows by being open with their info, they are not being pushy or salesy, but rather setting the stage for easy access. They do this best by dropping subliminal hints to invite convo.

- RE Agent best answer “I am great, very busy , the market is heating up”
- The other person will be triggered to inquire more.
- When you do respond to “How’s the market” give brief open headlines, rather than the whole story..give the other person an opportunity to keep inquiring.
