Real Estate Influencer Tip: Where does it hurt?
- The Influencer understands that their REAL value, which creates Loyal clients rather than just satisfied ones is being able to “take away the pain” of their clients. It is not just about finding or selling a home, but to find where their clients uncertainty or pain exists. The bigger the perceived pain is, the higher the value of the “pain reliever” ( You, the RE Agent). Many agents simply offer what they can do or how they work without even finding out “where does it hurt?”. Imagine going to the Doctor and they don’t ask “where does it hurt?”. They would have no idea how to help. Anytime someone goes through a change, there is some level of pain. Buying or selling is change. A simple question to ask a buyer is “What has your experience been?” And listen. They will tell you why they need you. For a seller, ask “what part of the selling or moving seems most uncertain?” Once you find out where the pain is, (and you know you can be the pain reliever), have them talk about that uncertainty. Then you are set up to be the hero, the pain reliever, the Best Agent Ever. All you need to do is focus on how you can help them with their pain.
